Service-minded and very very helpful people are working. It has strategic central location close to mall. And it's nestled in a very good building close to the restaurant that has a nice atmosphere and different areas.

This place has a fantastic location next to the metro station, with the city center just a short taxi ride away, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

Amazing central location not far from City Centre and the Mall. Besides, Ethnography Museum of Ankara was 6 km away from the property.

Stayed here for 14 days, enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with good and magnificent location in the restaurant that has a nice atmosphere. Well-equipped and tidy room, as expected. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was fairly clean as expected.

The food here is fantastic, and the location is perfect, adjacent to the largest shopping center and near the city center, just four stops away.

Nice business hotel next to the biggest Ankamall shopping center in Ankara 40min from the airport.

Very comfortable hotel with all modern amenities and great rooms although the aircon system could not be adjusted inside the room making it difficult to cool on a warm day. I had a problem at check in [see below] and the staff handled that very efficiently - they were polite and helpful at all times.

I think the reservation department at this hotel has a problem - they claimed they had no record of my reservation on arrival. I contacted Booked.net immediately who assured me immediately that the hotel had received the reservation and contacted the hotel about this. I was given a room but had the hotel been full this could have left me in a difficult position. Full marks to Booked.net for their customer service and assistance. The hotel reservation department really needs to ensure website bookings are secure.

The meals here were fantastic, the setting was great, very close to shopping and bars in the city, and the staff was incredibly nice.

Location and quality of food.

Unacceptable lack of foreign languages knowledge, namely English. Being Portuguese I do have to speak foreign languages, in particular English for my business activity. Therefore I consider totally unacceptable the poor level of English knowledge in the hotel staff. This should be changed immediately, which will improve the overall customer experience in the hotel.

The breakfast had plenty of delicious options, and the location was central near a major shopping area.
